Board Members Present: Betty Smith, Kathy Knapp, Travis Flies, Jennifer Turek, Mardi Anderson, Jan Hankey, and Cindy Rademacher
Absent: Jamie Legates
President Kathy Knapp called meeting to order.
Treasurer’s Report – Jennifer Turek
The beginning balance was $3,746.99. Expenses for snacks, blanket and award frames totaled $154.35 and income from an uncashed check was $27.43 leaving a balance on hand of $3,620.07. There were no bills turned in.

Website
Dana will use the same contact address for email. Minutes and newsletters from now forward will be found on the website. Past minutes, newsletters, and roster information has been saved on Ed & Mardi Anderson’s website at <oldcottonmill.com> or by using the domain name <stormboosterclub.com>. This domain name address will be included in future newsletters along with the address to our spot on the Storm website <tricitystormboosters.com>

Election of Board of Directors
Nominations Chair, Jennifer Turek, presented the following names for nomination: Mardi Anderson, Cindy Rademacher, Jan Hankey, Trudy Ekberg, and Chalsie Shaw. There were no nominations from the floor. A motion was made by Ed Anderson, seconded by Betty Smith that the slate presented be accepted. Motion carried. With five members elected there is a majority. The Board can make appointments to fill the three vacant spots.
When a new treasurer is selected, she and Jennifer will need to go to the bank to change names on the signature cards.
Miscellaneous
a. Kyle Means will still be the Storm contact with the Booster Club.
b. Betty has one form for a new member for the coming year.
c. There will be no General meeting in June or July. The new Board will meet to select officers and begin planning for the new season.

A tentative date of June 15 at 6:30 was set for the first meeting of the new Board. Jan will contact Chalsie.

A motion was made by Angie, seconded by Jennifer, that the meeting be adjourned.
